Paula P\u00e9rez-Roda, who holds a Ph.D. in cultural studies from Princeton University (2023), is a researcher, artist, and editor. Her research explores the technological and cultural order of verbal and textual arts, the history of literate processes, and radical and collective creative practices, and has received support from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Princeton University, the Government of Catalonia, Matadero-Madrid, and the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has published in specialized and general-interest journals, such as Revista Concreta, the Anuario de Literatura Comparada, the Anuario de Glotopol\u00edtica, and Kamchatka, as well as in various anthologies and art publications. He has led research seminars, popular education seminars, and critical studies seminars in artistic and academic settings, as well as art and publishing workshops. Together with Jon\u00e1s de Murias, he forms the collective tacoderaya, with works such as \u201c1 ola majestik en mi balconee\u201d, \u201ctitula este truste \u00e1nimo yop uwu\u201d and \u201c(HAY UNA PELEA E IMPORTA QUE PASE)\u201d. She has been part of public thought initiatives such as the Euraca Seminar and has participated in exhibitions and public programs in Santa Monica, Matadero-Madrid, and L\u2019Internationale Online. She collaborates with the research project Cartograf\u00edas<\/em> vitales<\/em> at the CSIC\u2019s Institute of Language, Literature, and Anthropology. In her doctoral dissertation, VERBOEXORBITANCIAS. The Transition from Literature to the Verbal Arts in Spain, 1909\u20131936<\/em>, she traces the shift from the imaginations and practices of literature to contemporary vocal and performative art and to popular literary utopias, based on the concept of the verbal arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
